$15 per signature for acknowledgements and jurats

- Notary Work at Facilities (healthcare facilities, assisted living facilities, prison facilities, etc.)
Loan Signings (new real estate property purchases, refinance, HELOC, etc.): priced upon request
Related Fees
Travel: $25 minimum
Additional fees may apply for travel distances greater than 15 miles from Walnut Creek, CA plus toll and parking
Wait Time: No charge for first 15-minutes of appointment
$25 per 15-minute increment thereafter if documents are not ready upon arrival
Photocopies: $0.30/page
